I discovered my new passion, using foods to heal and prevent sickness! In 2003, my daughter was experiencing what we believed to be an extreme allergic reaction to food. Doctors were unable to diagnose her conditions so immediately; I began to do research on my own and implemented a complete lifestyle change for her and my family. We began to eat alternative organic, gluten, dairy and meat free foods. Even though our lifestyle change did not cure Brianna’s outbreaks, it reduced them. In 2008, she was finally diagnosed with a rare disease, Bechets. Today, Brianna’s blood work does not indicate the Bechets disease. To God Be the Glory! 2005 I graduated from the school of Integrative nutrition. I then created a wellness program for a nonprofit organization that educated and trained inner city youths and their families about emotional eating and the properties and benefits of whole foods, natural herbs and essential oils.
For 21 years I worked as an educator and administrator serving the school community for the New York City Department of Education. I recently decided to use my knowledge of wellness and self-care and fully devote my time inspiring, educating, and serving communities who are socially, physically, and financially disadvantaged.
Currently I conduct workshops on various health and emotional issues in churches, shelters, senior homes, schools, hospices, and I offer personal home counseling. These workshops focus on preventing, maintaining, and healing information about specific health issues. I focus on sharing knowledge of the food industry, discovering alternative medications, forming healthy wellness habits, meditation through aroma therapy, fitness, and overall self-care.
My Clients are my inspiration. I want every person I encounter to feel important, loved, and empowered to take charge of their current disadvantage; emotionally, psychically, or financially. I hope that wellness education will allow my clients to make progress and realize how important it is to take care of yourself no matter your situation.

May God continue to bless you abundantly!”Ephesians 3:20 Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”
